Deepening in the Public Procurement Law: Keys and Considerations

On 14th November, our Associate Alan Santos, addressed different topics on the Public Procurement Law (LCP), a session given by Sura Companies, which reflects the characteristic mastery of each of the members of Benjamín Valdez & Partners.

The main objective of the session was to transmit and disseminate important and relevant aspects to be taken into account by all entities involved in participating in the different tenders of the Public Administration, as well as the requirements, documents and other requirements that are requested to participate in Public Procurement.

Mention was also made of the selection process to be taken into account for the contractor, including mentions and the importance of the administration, implementation, operation, coordination and monitoring of the National Public Procurement System (SINAC).

It also highlighted the mention of the special rules for Micro, Small and Medium Companies on the processes of participation in the contracting of works, goods and services before any of the Institutions of the Public Administration.

We conclude that this session was of great benefit to its participants, filling them with more knowledge from the hand of one of the members of our team of collaborators, where we highlight their participation.
